pint of fro yo - BAAAAAD (not on my plan)

upper body weights and abs
1 hr spin class

I did good on Monday, that fro yo just ruined it. I didn't mention that it was ben & jerry's fro yo...chocolate fudge brownie. :)
Oh yes, you gotta try that oatmeal...it's really really good, or at least I think so. I don't care for oatmeal...I'll eat the flavored sugar oatmeal, like Strawberries n Cream but not regular oatmeal and this one I'll eat because of the sweetener/chocolate/pb. :) It's really good.
