Friday, 2/13 through Sun, 2/15

Friday the 13th lived up to it's name. My day was a day from hell. It started out good. Got up at 4:30am, headed to the gym at 5am, did the 5:30am spin class, headed back home and helped get my daughter off to school, got in the shower and ready for work, had my breakfast and was about to head out when my day went S-O-U-R to put it mildly.

Let me just say that I had my day planned out and all that went out the door. I was going to head into work early so that I could make a stop before work to get my hubby's VDay gift. I was then going to work super hard on this document that I have due this coming week. At lunch, I was going to go keep my brother's cat company...my bro was out of town, he lives 2 blocks from where I work, so I was going to head to his place over my lunch hour to work and keep Leo company. I would then head back to work, work super hard, leave work on time and we were going to take my hubby and I were going to take our daughter out on a date. :) NONE of that happened.

I was about to shutdown my laptop and head out the door Friday morning when I got a call from my boss that there were production problems at work due to some code that was released Thursday night and I had to start looking into it right away. I sat right back down, worked until noon, packed up, headed into work and worked until 7pm and then I still had to head to my bro's apartment to feel Leo. Needless to say, I didn't get home until 8pm.

Anyways, so for food journaling...I didn't really keep track but I'll try to remember what all I ate, although I can tell you my eating sucked!
