dark chocolate square

2 servings WW King Ranch Chicken
lima beans

Snack
fat free pudding cup (i wasn't going to BUT hey! i worked out twice today)

Exercise
1 hour cardio (30min elliptical, 30min stairmaster)
1 hour weights class

I'm happy with my day today...I would say I stayed on plan.
