Tuesday, 2/24

Breakfast
advocare meal replacement shake
couple of handfuls of everything trail mix (this is so good and it's not so bad if you eat 1 serving which is 1/4 cup but I'm sure i have more than 1 serving; it's got peanuts, almonds, banana chips, dried apricot, raisins, cranberries, choc chips, white choc chips, and who knows what else; i won't be eating it after today though...I'm giving up chocolate for Lent)

Before I finish off my food journal for the day, let me just say 2 things. 1 - today IS Fat Tuesday and 2 - my gym is doing a biggest loser competition in a couple of weeks and I'll be entering, so I gotta get my game plan on. :) With that said...
