Life Happens

Life has just been so busy lately that I haven't had the chance (or taken the time) to keep track of what I'm eating. I've had good days but I think my bad days are winning. I have been keeping up with my exercise but I don't think it's enough to outdo the damage.

So, I'm going to try really hard to stay on top of my eating and make healthy choices and to journal it all.
