I know it's frustrating, but you a...Hey, Girl!<br /><br />I know it's frustrating, but you are sticking with it! Don't give up!<br /><br />Have you calculated your daily caloric needs based on height, weight and bone structure? Also, do you allow extra calories on days when you exercise...especially intensely?<br /><br />My thought is that you may be starving yourself for a few days and then your body needs food so you go crazy eating.<br /><br />Remember too that your body needs fat. Still count the cals, but olive oil, peanut butter, avocado, even dairy and animal fat are good for you in moderation. <br /><br />My advice: make sure you are eating enough...don't try to make up for bad days by eating too little.
