I took Friday off and I was out and about ALL day with my daughter and then met my husband for lunch, friends for dinner, didn't get home until midnight, so let me see if I can remember what I ate. :)
Snack
everything trail mix that we purchased at health food store (choc chips, yogurt chips, banana chips, raisins, cranberries, peanuts, apricots, and who knows what else; it was GOOD and very filling)
Lunch
small cashew chicken salad with fat free vinagrette dressing
Snack
south beach snack bar
Dinner
pei wei honey seared chicken with brown rice
edamame
Snack
couple pieces of fruit and 3 cookies
