45 min cardio (15min stair stepper, 30min elliptical)
no tone and sculpt class today...I went over the lunch hour for the class, like I usually do, and only 2 people showed up...they won't teach class unless there are at least 3. :( I could have stayed and done weights on my own, but I had too much on my mind (work, etc)...so I headed home and made VDay cupcakes for my daughter and friends and then got back to work.
