3 - 1/2 small red potatoes filled with chorizo and shredded cheese
dark chocolate square

Snack
ww english muffin w/ reduced fat cheese slice

Dinner
bowl of taco soup
couple of pieces of fajita meat

Snack
slice of milky way cake (made this for the first time yesterday for a party and there were 2 slices left, so i had 1 and my husband had the other; all gone)
pint of fro you (my husband had bought us this over the weekend and we didn't eat; i already told him no more fro yo until i loose 10lbs)

Exericse
lower body weights
1 hour spin class
