campbell's healthy request soup
dark chocolate square

Dinner
10-12 chips
chicken tortilla soup
2 nachos
had a girls night out and I'd say I did ok - no drinks, got a soup, but did have some chips, probably not more than 12

Snack
weight watchers ice cream cup

Exercise
45min cardio (15min stair stepper, 30min elliptical)
1hr tone and sculpt class
