Moving onward and upward...

This last week and weekend have just been aweful where my eating is concered. I have made some pretty unhealthy choices, over indulged, etc. My working out has been consistent but my eating healthy has been lacking.

So, I stopped journaling on Friday.

Today is the start of a new week and I'm getting back on the wagon. So, here's to a good day, good week, good month!

Hey, Girl! You know that I know what that's like!

Maybe you need a plan for special occasions like when out of town or holidays...times when you know you won't be "on plan" but you can have a workable plan that will at least help you to not gain that week and stay on track the rest of the time.
