What's in a SB meal pack? (Nice blog by the way!)
The South Beach meal kit I had on this day (there are several) was the Sesame Chicken Wrap. It comes with 2 tortilla wraps, chicken, whole wheat crispy noodles and orange sesame dressing. It also includes a small cup of sugar free jello. I usually take one of these kits to work for lunch...easy!
