bowl of fresh strawberries and blueberries

myoplex lite protein shake with fresh fruit

Dinner
applebee's boneless buffalo wings with ranch
oriental fried chicken salad :)
dessert shooter :)

Snacks
peanut butter, pudding, south beach snack bar, fiber one snack bar, 3 skinny cow ice cream sandwiches

Didn't track but drank water throughout the day

I need to work on binges.
