South Beach Meal Kit

1 serving kashi crackers with baby bel lite cheese

Dinner
1 serving lean steak
black beans with tomatoe
asparagus with almonds

Snack
1 skinny cow ice cream sandwich

Water
100oz

Exercise
1 hour walk on treadmill
1 hour weights class

I like the changes you made to you page....now it looks really girly...I still can't believe that you write down everything you eat...I really should start doing that during the summer...I don't think I could do it once I am back at work...although it would be worth the try...I also checked out One Weigh At A Time...INTERESTING!! I don't even have a scale!
