visiting from SSJ - do you enjoy spin class? i do it just to switch things up. its a great calorie burner, i just can't get into it.

Hi Brooke! I do enjoy the spin class...I really do! I try to do spin 3-4 times a week but I really like it because of the calories I burn, plus the intructors are great...I love their playlists and the way they push me!

Ann, thanks for the welcome! I'm so glad to be a part of this team. I'm looking forward to this next challenge. I try to be cautious with my food choices but oh! how I LOVE sweets...that's my downfall. :-)
