Shrinking Days of Summer Challenge - Week #4

I'm down today, 1.2lbs. Yeah! I'll take it. I had a rough weekend, eating wise, but I finally cleaned up my act on Monday and was diligent about it Monday and Tuesday. My plan is to stick to some healthy eating this whole week and just give myself one day off plan, where I can indulge. :-)

down a pound - congrats!! :) cheat days never work for me, but a lot of people swear by them.

Keep up the good work, Cristina. I've found that if I allow myself a meal of indulgence, it helps me stay on track. I don't get crazy, but I do allow myself a break from counting and weighing and measuring!

Great job! Losing during stressful weeks/days are awesome! And I agree with Christy, I always give myself one meal of anything I want! Keep up the great work!
