Back on the wagon...
Well, I fell off the wagon...hard and it's time to pick myself up and get back. I've been keeping up with my exercising but my healthy eating habits were thrown out the window and run over.
I'm starting fresh today and I'm determined to create some new healthy habits.
I decided to sign up for boot camp again. I weighed in on Saturday and it wasn't pretty. I'm determine to get back down to where I was and then keep dropping! Boot camp starts tonight and I'm looking forward to it and I'm dreading it...my running and push up stats are going to plain suck!
Well, they can only improve...LOL. I'll keep you posted.
