choco pb oatmeal (252cal, 11g fat, 9g protein, 5.5g fiber)

Snack
almonds (100cal, 8g fat, 3g protein, 2g fiber)
mandarin (47cal, .3g fat, .7g protein, 1.6g fiber)

Exercise
40min cardio
1hr weights

water
approx 100

I don't know what happened but I went on a binge...
powdered donuts, vita top muffins, cheeze its, marshmallows

Hey, Girl!

I know it's frustrating, but you are sticking with it! Don't give up!

Have you calculated your daily caloric needs based on height, weight and bone structure? Also, do you allow extra calories on days when you exercise...especially intensely?

My thought is that you may be starving yourself for a few days and then your body needs food so you go crazy eating.

Remember too that your body needs fat. Still count the cals, but olive oil, peanut butter, avocado, even dairy and animal fat are good for you in moderation.

My advice: make sure you are eating enough...don't try to make up for bad days by eating too little. Eat what you like in moderation.
