Saturday, July 19

I didn't keep a journal on Saturday, so let's see if I can remember.

Breakfast
kashi cereal with skim milk

Snack
SB Bar

Lunch
Starbucks vivano smoothie (they're pretty good with about 20 g of protein); I had chocolate banana

Snack
I ate the rest of my daughters blueberry muffin from starbucks

Dinner
grilled chicken, new potatoes, veggies

Snack
We stopped at Nestle toll house and I had 2 scoops ice cream and a brownie

Water
Didn't keep track but at least 60oz

Exercise
1 hour spin
1 hour weights

Nestle Toll House?? Is that an ice cream shop? Do they have the original Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies?? How come we never went there?
