Today is a new day...I've got my wedding ring and I will stay on track. :)

indian tacos with dollop of fat free sour cream
banana oatmeal muffin

Snack
banana oatmeal muffin
50 cal fat free yogurt

Dinner
Indian Tacos with chopped tomatoe and fat free sour cream
Green Beans

Snack
2 banana oatmeal muffins

Exercise
45 min cardio (15min step, 30min elliptical)
1 hr tone and sculpt class
