yogurt, banana oatmeal muffine

Dinner
1/2 grilled chicken sandwich
chili beans with cheese

Snack
2 sb snack bars
pint of frozen yogurt

Exercise
1 hour cardio (30 min stair climber, 30 min elliptical)
