Goals for week of 3/9

1. Use Wii Fit twice this week
2. Stay on track 6 out of 7 days (allow myself one lax day)
3. No after dinner snack on 2 days.
4. Food journal every day
5. Read (gotta start reading something...don't know what yet...but I'll find something)
