1hr cardio (15min stair master, 30min elliptical, 15min walk/jog)

Lunch
myoplex light protein shake w/ fruit

Snack
grilled chicken, nf yogurt, nf flan

Dinner
2 servings of club crackers
ww english muffin w/ peanut butter

Snack
pint light ice cream
nutri grain bar
honey nut cheerios
