Taco Mac

1lb extra lean ground meat
1 large onion, chopped (I just used onion powder)
1 package low sodium taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 cups water
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
1 15oz can corn, drained
1 15oz can pinto beans, drained
1 cup uncooked pasta, wheat

Brown ground meat, onion and taco seasoning. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes.

Makes 8 1cup servings.

I calculated each 1 cup serving to have
178.4 cal
2.6 g fat
16.9 g protein
5.4g fiber
